Behind the Pork: Italy Butcher Porkumentary 🇮🇹

■ PERUGIA, ITALY: Upon eating at the pork sandwich street food restaurant in Florence for a second time, the owner of the restaurant invited me to visited his farm where they prepare the meat from scratch. This was a once in a lifetime opportunity to go ‘behind the pork’, to see the entire transformation from pig carcass to delicious juicy pork sandwich.

This could possibly become the greatest pork o’clock of all time 🐷

Also I had never been to Perugia before and I am always up for visiting a new city in Europe’s greatest country Italy.

So I extended my stay and boarded a train in Florence with destination Perugia.
