I took a train from Fukuoka to Sasebo, and bought an Egg Sando from Family Mart to enjoy during the journey. You're allowed to eat on the inter-city trains in Japan and these soft, delicious egg sandwiches always hit the spot, even when I don't have much of an appetite.
